My ACM can not add activites into our logs.
I have made sure he had all relevant positions, and he has tried multiple different browsers; nothing seems to be working for him.

@AshleyBrandt- an acm has no permissions in scoutbook plus. A key 3 would need to go to permission manager and add permission
@AshleyBrandt Key3 should review these links - A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details
I’ve already done this. I as committee chair have gone thru and looked at all his permissions. No where am I seeing how he wouldn’t have access.
Scoutbook (OG) he’s assistant cub master and has pack admin. Scoutbook plus, he has activity positions (that I can’t remove) which from my understanding should mean that he can add/edit acitivity logs.
I’ve read all of this and there’s permissions he already has that I can’t even edit as CC. In Scoutbook (OG), he’s registered as Assistant Cub Master and has Pack admin rights. In Scoutbook plus, he has acitivity permission that I can’t even edit.
@AshleyBrandt- pack admin is no longer a valid set of rights and there is nothing to do or manage in legacy scoutbook
@AshleyBrandt in P589 - this user has Profile Edit and Advancement Edit - he has no permissions for Activities.
This video might help
I have read and watched everything. If he doesn’t have access, why is everything on our end saying he does? What are we missing because obviously were missing something.
OK ACM - I was thinking Troops - yes Activities comes with position . Let me take a look
OK I see some issue - it is reported - watch change log for updates.
