Activities log isn’t working, unable to enter any awards, etc

I’m unable to enter or modify anything in Internet Advancement, everything is apparently “view only”. My profile on IA correctly lists my position as Cubmaster, one of the Key 3, but I’m unable to do anything at all through IA. I have lots of hiking miles to log for many of my scouts and it’s frustrating to not be able record the hikes they’ve completed. Any help will be appreciated.

This is a known issue. The developers are working on it.

Who (which positions) are eligible to enter activities / service hours in the Activity Log in IA?
