Activities Not Showing in My.Scouting Dashboard/Reports After Entry in Scoutbook

I am looking at my dashboard for the unit in my.scouting and the activities I entered via the calendar as a joint B/G campout/hike are not showing on the girl troop but are showing up on the boy troop. I would have initiated the calendar (and activity) entry from the boy troop interface. It is a joint calendar entry and then separate activity entries for the boy and girl troop on the calendar event (both hiking and camping were entered this way). I have all the needed permissions on both boy and girl troop. Activity summary reports in my.scouting are also missing this entry.

The summer camp entry that I created separately for both the boys and girls just as an activity (with no calendar event) is updating in my.scouting with no issue.

@RachelVirden - my first guess is that you have your answer to this in your last sentence. The fact that the entry was on the B troop is why it is not being captured. They would seemingly need to be entered on each calendar/log.

So the items are showing correctly in SB+, just not in the reports at my.scouting?

That probably means the issue needs to be reported up through council professional staff, since the my.scoutibg team doesn’t take bug reports from the SUAC volunteers here.

I would recommend providing plenty of details, including exactly how the events that are working were created (and an exemplar event) vs how the one(s) not working were created (and the event information for such events). That way, the my.scouting team has enough data to coordinate with the SB+ team without a bunch of rounds of back-and-forth with you via council.
