Activity Log error [Access is denied (97). ref: PD-20260801201518-635121-568118]

I am no longer able to access the Activity Logs for youth in my troop except for my own children. If I run the Activity Log Report, all adults and my two children will show, but no other youth.

The Activity Summary Report will run for youth but receive the [Access is denied (97).

ref: PD-20260801202127-146118-549719] error message when I select the youth’s name for the details.

I’ve been told that my permissions have not recently changed. I am advancement coordinator for our troop. Thank you.

@PaulineMumme yeah something is messed up with your account I think - I have asked for it to be looked at

Thank you. I will make a note to check back (I missed the notification last time I had an issue). Meanwhile I’ve asked for the updated role to get access to this report. Only 3 people in my troop even use that report. SM, Advancement, and the OG person who has been around forever and does almost everything.

@PaulineMumme looking at this again - are you sure you are under the leader profile at the top right dropdown menu? sounds like you are under the parent one.

I have verified that multiple times. This is a new issue. I was able to run the report a few months ago. I’m not sure how to share a screenshot on my Mac, but I’m definitely not in Parent profile.

@PaulineMumme - I think shift-command-5 opens the screenshot app

The issue was I couldn’t identify how to attach the screen shot on my Mac. I was able to locate the button on my phone.
