Activity Log - New Event Error Box/Missing Drop Down Data

Another “bug” has popped up tonight in the Internet Advancement Activity Logs. When Activity is selected, then the “+” is selected to add an event, a double box saying “ERROR” immediately pops up (Screenshare photo 1). If you proceed past this error, add attendees, create a new event, when you get down to the State and Zip Code fields you get a “no data” grayed out area which prevents you from moving any further in creating the event.
