Activity logs in Internet Advancement not updating Scoutbook

My troop uses Scoutbook for tracking advancements. Now we enter activities (camping, hiking, service hours) in Internet Advancement because that is the only place to do so. But, how does scoutbook get updated with needed service hours from Internet Advancement? or do I have to track in Internet Advancement and in Scoutbook both? Do the tools not communicate, or am I missing a step to sync the data?

It is not automatic - there is no way for the other system to know I want this hours applied to this vs. this other item

@EricHall - it was also not automatic when the logs were in scoutbook either.
