Activity Logs Not Saving

I can access SB and I can access the activity log. The problem I have is that the activities are not recorded. I entered all the information, submitted it and then I received a “Sucess” message. But the activity doesn’t show in the list.

@ErikaBower There is a known issue where if the name of the activity is too long (more than about 36 characters), then it will not save.

Try making the name shorter, and see if that works.
