Activity Summary Report Error in Internet Advancement

The Activity Summary Report is not working. It gives and error and recommends submitting in forums.

We’ll need a bit more information. What are the steps you take to run the report? What is the error? At what point does it happen?

Hi,

In the internet advancement site, I go to roster page. At roster page I click on run report drop down menu. I choose “activities summary report”. I enter date range 09/01/2020 to 12/21/2020. I click run report.

And now its working fine. Strange.

Thanks in any case. We’ll see if we can track down the transient problem.

I and another unit leader from a different unit are getting an error trying to create activities in the Activity Log.

@RobertBrodner - it would appear this is a capture from a phone. I tend to enter items via a pc. In fact I just entered one for the pack and had no issues.

I also just ran a report for the pack and it was successful without issues.
