As we’re getting into the new program year, I’ve been finding the need to make a list of all the events for the coming program year for a few different use cases. To make a printed handout for kickoff meetings, to send dates to the venue to reserve meeting spaces, etc… The old calendar allowed us to export to CSV and made this easy. In the new calendar, there is a list view, but it is only for one month at a time. I realize that’s all that’s practical in a calendar view, but list view should have more flexibility. I’d like to see that list view have the ability to set a date range. And if it needs to be restricted for performance reasons, that range should allow you to show at least 18 months. Once it can generate this list to screen, an export to csv function should be the next logical step.
I have passed this on. I have no idea if or when it will be scheduled for work.
You can still export events with the Feature Assistant Extension which is they same way the calendar was exportable before.

You can also use Scoutbook’s native Send Message feature, which includes an option to “Insert Upcoming Events”.

I didn’t realize that the feature extension export still worked. I’ll use that in the meantime.
