Export Calendar Events to CSV does not work

Trying this again…I have posted this before and still does not work…

I have the Scoutbook Feature Assistant v0.49.0.10 installed and have access to the Export Calendar Events to CSV feature under Events on My Dashboard page. After selecting that I get the Choose Data Range to export pop-up window in which I enter a start and end date and then select Export Event File. When I do this the next pop-up I get indicates: scoutbook.scouting.org says: Please log into Internet Advancement in a separate tab to enable access for this feature.

This is where I am stuck. I am already logged into scoutbook, and therefore Internet Advancement. I have tried opening a new tab and logging in and out, but that does not solve it either. I have not been able to figure out what it needs for me to get access to the requested CSV file. Can you help me?

I have logged into Internet Advancement / Scoutbook Plus multiple times, hard reset the webpage to bypass the cache but nothing seems to work.

Is any one having success with this feature? I’d really like to use it for our committee meeting discussions…

@TimJanish There is something with your account or configuration that is unexpected.

What browser are you using?

@TimJanish I found a change by BSA that broke the extension for this feature. I am working on a fix. However, I noted your earlier thread here - and I think that was before the BSA change, so I am uncertain if that will fix the issue you have.
