Add line at top of Purchase Order: "Your store may require printed Advancement Report to complete sale"

Anecdotal evidence from one employee at one Massachusetts Scout Store: 6-10 people this fall have come in with the Purchase Order thinking they were all set while he was on duty. Some were able to access the Advancement Report PDF on their phone, email it to the employee, & he printed it out while they waited to check out.

My council requires the printed Advancement Report to ensure records are complete so kids don’t run into trouble later with Eagle Scout applications. A neighboring council (that years earlier had purchased the licensed ScoutBook version and required all units to use it) does not.
