It’s late spring so we have new Scouts joining our Troop.
They want to go on the exciting events we announce in Troop meetings.
Those events are in the Scoutbook calendar.
But the new Scouts aren’t invitees so they can’t RSVP!
It’s an absolute pain to go to each event add re-add everyone. To be clear I know I can click on Select All, that’s not the pain part. Going to each event, click edit, wait for it to load all 200 people, click… that’s the pain part.
So any way to add new Scouts to events automatically or at least invite new Scouts to multiple events at once? Thanks!
