Created a PO in Scoutbook Plus and the ‘add to Scoutshop.org (online)’ feature errors out with “Something went wrong”. I’ve cleared cache, used google chrome and edge browsers without success. Thank you for any help!

Is there any suggestion in the meantime? I can add items to cart one by one, but the shop won’t let me add sling shot, bb or archery. Do I need to go to a scout shop in person?
Is there any kind of estimate on when this will be resolved? Our council store closed earlier this spring and we rely on the online store to get all of our supplies. We can’t have a Court of Honor or award anything earned at summer camp until this is resolved.
We have no idea on timeline as we do not know if it is Supply Group (the group behind the shops) or IT with the issue. You could call Scouthop or Call another local shop to see if they would ship it.
@ErinCochran-Ormbrek- is it not possible to manually create an order at the online store. I know I have done that in the past.
I’m having the same issue. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.
I might just order them individually for now just to get the order in.
@Stephen_Hornak - No, you have to go through the PO option in order to get merit badges and rank advancements since those are restricted access.
@ErinCochran-Ormbrek- ah yes. Understandable and unfortunate that there is no shop local to you.
I contacted scoutshop this morning and this was their response- “This error has been sent to the Scoutbook Web Team, to resolve quickly.” Hopefully it will be resolved asap.

After muddling through creating a PO and finding the PO, I am not able to get the Advancement Report to populate. The other day I received the error that I didn’t have access (as the Advancement Chair) and now I get a blank screen. I also don’t have access to the Download Purchase Order option.
