Adding Leader

I am trying to add my AOL leader, but when I search for them, the search does not find them.

I ended the previous assignment before I added the new one, and now they do not show up in my Scoutbook roster at all, despite still being listed as a leader on the my.scouting roster.

What is the Users Member # (no names) and what is the unit?

When you say you search for them what do you mean?

140330834 is the member. Pack 591 - Vanleer, TN.

When I attempt to search their name to add them to the den, they do not exist. Additionally, when I look at our list of leaders in Scoutbook, they no longer appear.

@AmberCooper1 are you using Legacy Scoutbook.scouting.org to try to do this? you should just be using SB+ (advancements.scouting.org) really - I setup a 24 hour sync to bring the person back in.
