Search for Existing User to add as Leader

I have attempted to Search for Existing User with name, email and member id. I keep getting a message that No record found.

I have confirmed the person is registered as a den leader but he is not showing in Scoutbook.

How can I get him added so he can access his den?

@SaraBanks is the person registered in the unit you are trying to add them to? What is the member ID (no names)

I was able to add him using the Scoutbook Plus roster. Thanks!
