Previously parents clicked on edit profile, scrolled to the bottom and “invited” scouts to connect. How is that accomplished now that it is in IA?

The easiest way is to go to my.scouting.org and create an account for your Scout. Make sure you enter the Scout’s name and date of birth as in Scoutbook. The system will find the Scout and link the accounts.
