I am working with a unit in my district that their Cubmaster is showing being in the wrong council. She is supposed to be in the Heart of Virginia Council. They asked our registrar and she said that she could not change it and that Scoutbook would have to fix the issue. i have attached a screenshot of her ID numbers.

Please ask the Cubmaster to log in with her my.scouting user name – not her e-mail address.
