Adult leader not able to see all scouts

My advancement chair is able to see about 2/3s of the troop but is now not able to see about 20 specific scouts. We had this problem over the summer where he could see some scouts and not others but that issue resolved itself but now it’s back. The entitlements look to be correct and if the entitlements were wrong, then I would think that he wouldn’t be able to see ANY scouts at all.

I can see all 125 records for the scouts and adults on the roster just fine.

Does anyone have any ideas why some select scouts would be missing from his view on the roster and advancement?

He said the same thing happened earlier this summer, then he could see all scouts and now some are missing again.

Youth ID -134930355, 135728984, 136762373, 135508101 (these are across the alphabet so not a page viewing issue)

Please post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of your advancement chair.

Also please post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) for some Scout’s that advancement chair cannot access.

If it is 125 - does the leader understand it would be on a second page, as there is a 100 limit to roster?

@StephanieMolina that user should really get on to post for themself - working issues third party is troublesome

@StephanieMolina Staff logged in as user and see the scouts fine. First suggestion would be for them to go to Filters and click RESET.
