Advancement Chair is unable to see any Roster upon logging in

Our advancement chair is unable to see any member on the roster upon logging in. Regardless of logging in through legacy or directly into the new scout book. He is able to see/review/approve rank advancement and approve merit badge requirements that need approval. He is assigned to a patrol, is this a permissions thing our Scout Master or Committee Chair needs to check a box somewhere?

@CharlesOsborne- has the UAC tried this

If your roster is blank, select the roster filter then click Reset Filters.

We tried checking all of the boxes and none of the boxes in the filters. Still did not get to see anyone on the roster.

@CharlesOsborne- is it possible to get tat user on the forums as third party conversations and support is not the best

@CharlesOsborne it has been a week since the last time that Member ID was logged into SB+ - might be easiest if the user got on forums so we can figure it out

I will ask him to create a login, can I tag him in this conversation?

That or watch him log into my.scouting.org and look at what the MID is there

What is MID and how to see that?

MID = Member ID - at my.scouting.org when you log in it is in the blue area of the screen. The same username would be used for Scoutbook platforms

Thanks. I will see him at the meeting tonight and hopefully get him onto this thread.

He was able to get logged in and see the roster last night. He does see double entries for every one on the roster. We can manage around that error. Thanks

@CharlesOsborne- the double entries are on advancements.scouting.org ? That is where the advancement chair should be working.

Yes, that is where he is seeing duplicates.

@CharlesOsborne and you are in same unit and do not see double? If so I would have UAC click the Roster > Filter > reset

Yes we are in same unit and I do not see double. I will ask him to follow those steps. Thank you.
