I am a Committee Member and hold the Functional Position of Treasurer for our Pack. Over the holiday break, I no longer show up on the Roster in ScoutBook Legacy nor ScoutBook Plus. I do still show as holding the Position and Functional Position in My.Scouting though.

From what I see, you never been in a Pack on the Scoutbook account linked to your Member ID. You also have different e-mail addresses in Akela (the membership database) and my.scouting.org. The Akela e-mail address starts with jh and the my.scouting.org e-mail address starts with ar.
I was not able to find a 2nd Scoutbook account for you based on your DOB, e-mail addresses or city.
