Good afternoon. I wanted to post this under the Scoutbook forum but it says I cannot post in that forum. I am looking to get help here. We have a scout (youth member ID 130009510) he shows in our myScouting roster as active. But he does not show in any of our Scoutbook stuff. He is also not connected to his guardian. Can someone help us figure out where he went?

The Scout’s membership was ended by your Scoutmaster in December. The Scout should be back on your roster later tonight or tomorrow morning.
The Scout is connected to a mother with first initial C and father with first initial J. If these are not correct you will need to contact your Council for assistance.

I have this issue as well. Have a scout active on the Myscouting roster but not showing up on Scoutbook plus. 140777856 is his ID number.

@TheresaOliveri first I would watch the user as they interact with SB+ - they are probably viewing it as a Den Leader and not switching to the Parent Profile. It would also be helpful for them to login so we can help directly
