Scouts in my.scouting Roster but not in Scoutbook

I have two scouts that are current on the my.scouting roster but don’t appear anywhere in Scoutbook…

The council registrar says they are on the books but is unable to help with Scoutbook and suggested the forums.

The first one is in the pack but not assigned to a den. The second one was ended by a leader with the initials AK on 8/23. I requested an overnight sync to bring them back in.

This Scout was set as an adult in Scoutbook. I have switched the Scout to a youth and reset your Pack Admin role so you are connected to him.

This Scout is dual enrolled in 2 packs. It looks like a Pack Admin from the other pack ended the Scout’s membership in your pack.
