I have a ASM who shows on the roster in My.Scouting (expiration date in the future, 12/31/2025), but they don’t show in Scoutbook Plus.

I have requested a position sync. Check back after 4:00 PM central today, if not there check tomorrow morning.
Ask the leader to check her address as there is a mismatch between Akela, the person database and Scoutbook. If Scoutbook is correct, the ASM should make a change in the Scoutbook address, save it then revert back to the correct address and save. This will update Akela.
