Adult leader who can not change his email in SB

I have an adult leader, BSA # 13679983, who has apparently tried for about a year to get his email changed in SB from the default “” to the correct email. He has apparently even gone to the council registrar who was unable to fix it. How do I get his email changed for him as he’s extremely frustrated. Is there something we are missing? Does he have multiple BSA numbers or something else going on to cause this? I do have his correct email address that he wishes to use.

Generally, the is associated with having multiple Scoutbook accounts. The folks from SUAC should be able to locate the “extra” ones with the BSA ID you posted. They’ll reach out if they need additional information.
