Adult Position Missing

Can you add the pack adult position “AOL Den Leader “ to the drop down list in Scoutbook. It has been over a year since WEBELO II ceased to exist.

@PeterBosworth

Neither AOL Den Leader nor AOL Leader appears in the list of adult positions. Scoutbook only supports positions that can be registered.

Then it needs to be added to the list of positions that can be registered since that has not been adjusted to reflect the new (2024) Cub Scout program.

You need to discuss this with your Council professional staff. There is nothing the volunteers in the SUAC can do to change the registration process

@PeterBosworth - and it is WEBELOS II not webelo.

I believe all Den Leader positions are moving to just that - Den Leader - with no rank designation

Hello, I have Den Leader (BSA ID#14424284) current on my my.scouting.org.

This Leader was a Den Leader for 2 Dens. When I went to remove them from the one they will no longer be apart of, it removed them completely from both. When I went to Internet Advancement to edit the den and re add them to the correct den, they do not show up as a leader. I ran a roster report on Scoutbook and they are not showing. But the do show for the council and my.scouting. Is there a way to get them added as a leader on Scoutbook so I can add them to the den to begin entering advancement?

Thank you for your help!

@BrittaMcKee1

I have requested a a position sync. Check back in the morning.

Only make den assignments with the Edit Den function in Scoutbook Plus.
