I am trying to update a scout’s advancement. All the ranks work fine except Star and Life. They give me an error and say it’s being sent to the Webmaster, but it’s still happening after 2 weeks. Please see the uploaded image. It’s only happening on this one scout. How can I get this corrected?

produces error message
The error occurs If:
I click on Star or Life for the scout under his advancement or
I am in his 1st class advancement and click on the link to go to Star or
I am in his Eagle advancement and click on the link to back to Life
