I also am having issues in advancement, In Scoutbook I show as the Troop Admin, but in Advancement I cannot see anyone on our roster. Below is from Scout Book, showing my access and the unit info in advancements.
@JamieBowman this is a computer issue on your end. First in Roster > top right > click Filters > once opened click the RESET FILTERS button (will take several seconds)
If that does not work try opening in an incognito/Private window on your browser. If that works Close ALL Scouting windows and clear cache of all scouting.org data
