I’m a currently registered Sea Scout, but when I log into Scoutbook Plus I can not see my advancement records, only my electives. I am dual registered in a troop in another council, so that may be causing the issue. Any suggestions? Thank you so much in advance!
@CarolineMuellerLoane yeah - if you are in 2 councils that is likely the issue. Is all your Troop advancement in one council - and SS in the other? If so it is a simpler fix
Yes, troop advancement is in Northern NJ, Sea Scout advancement is in Patriot’s Path.
@CarolineMuellerLoane actually it looks like it is already setup - you need to go to my.scouting.org > Manage Member ID > Changing the member IDs to primary define what account you are signing into.

I just tried setting my Sea Scout member ID to primary and then reloading. In Scoutbook Plus, I still see my Scouts BSA advancement and Sea Scout electives, even when I toggle to my ship under currently viewing. Is there anything else that I should try? Thank you for all of your help!
switching to the 354 one should switch to troop - let me see
@CarolineMuellerLoane try flipping to the 354 MID and log into SB+ and see for me please
With that MID, I can see all of my troop advancement in SB+. Just to note, the issue has always been with seeing my sea scout advancement - the troop advancement has always appeared normally.
@CarolineMuellerLoane if you make 611 Primary in my.scouting.org - and then log into SB+ you should see the other account
Unfortunately, after switching to the 611 MID and reloading multiple times, I still see the Scouts BSA advancement, not the Sea Scout advancement.
Donovan has asked the developers to look into this, but we have not heard a definitive answer back yet.
