Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
The scout is in a troop in one council and an Explorer in another council. My role is Advancement Chair in his troop in Council 333.
Scout’s information:
MID: 141527737
Previous MID: 136679889
As others have experienced in their own units, I can see him Legacy SB, but not in SB Plus; hence, I’m unable to record his advancements or track awards from Council 333 in SB Plus.
@MonicaCouillard yeah it is a mess - Developers are going to have to split the Account to put the Crew Advancement on one user and the Scout advancement on the other. Wondering how the scout is still registered in a Club - thought that was only younger age.
I can’t see his record, but I believe that doesn’t he turn 14 until later in December. Once he is 14, he would need to drop from the club and transition to the Ship.
Since he is not yet 14, he should not be associated with any Crew or Ship yet. (Rule is 14 years old or completed the 8th grade, which he has done neither).
@MonicaCouillard I think the scout has a login - they can switch they sign into with Manage Member ID at my.scouting.org > whichever is set to primary is the account they would log into
