Hello,
I have a scout that is in 2 councils Circle 10 and Longhorn. He is multipled in troops and ships and trying to get his eagle with Troop 589. His Scoutbook plus account can’t be seen in Longhorn Council by either, Troop 589 or Ship 1910. I can see his profile in Scoutbook Legacy where he has many troops and ships that he is associated with. He is a member with all of them, but for advancement purposes how do we fix to where we can all guide his advancement journey?
His member ID with Longhorn Council is 141278847.
14151318 is the member ID with Longhorn Council.
141278847 is with Circle Ten.
@GenevieveRussell - please do not mess with anything in legacy scoutbook.
I just need to be able to enter advancements if for this scout and not able to. Don’t worry not messing with anything.
@GenevieveRussell The Scout needs 2 Scoutbook accounts, one for each council.
Can you find out which ship will be responsible for recording his Sea Scout advancements?
He is doing advancement in multiple ships
I understand, but 1 ship is in 1 council, and 2 ships are in the other council. The Scoutbook accounts will not be synced, so one ship (or council, however you want to look at it) should be designated as the primary unit responsible for recording the youth’s Sea Scout advancements, to avoid duplicate or conflicting records.
Ship 1910 to be primary. Thank you for your help.
@GenevieveRussell I have requested that a new Scoutbook account be created for the Scout in the other council (Circle Ten), so that he will show up on their roster.
