This was happening for me an hour ago, but it is working now. Try again and see if system has been updated.
Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I’m still unable to view advancement reports, despite trying multiple browsers, with no luck.
@JosephLodi- you have the proper role selected in the upper right of advancements.scouting.org ? And where are you looking for the reports there ?
Yes I have the proper role selected “ADVANCEMENT CHAIR” (not adult leader or ASM)
Im looking in “Quick Report”
@JosephLodi- ok..and the error you get is what ? And your MID so that the SUAC can check your account.
The error reads: “Your Position (s) and Related Permissions do not allow you to perform this action”
Then says in a subsequent field: approve at least one advancement before running the advancement report” and directs me to go to previous advancement reports which I tried, and that did not work.
@JosephLodi - does the advancement history report work or is that broken for you as well ?
Advancement history report seems to work advancement report does not.

Understood. I’m looking to print out a report that shows what’s been approved but not yet awarded prior to printing the purchasing report - I like to show the SM and ASMs this first for approval before I go to purchase

Beyond that they should be able to check themselves by logging into advancements.scouting.org afterall the SM is in charge of program and scout advancement.
How would you go about viewing the awarding report for all scouts who have approved merit badges and ranks that will ultimately be part of the purchasing report?
@JosephLodi - they would show up in the To Purchase tab in the screen shot i posted.
