SB Advancement Report Access to report is denied. You do not have required positions/permissions to run this report

I went into my purchase order to run the Advancement Report and received this message. I went to my permissions and I have permission for everything for our unit since I am the Post Committee Chairman, Explorer Post Admin, Unit Treasurer, and Post Committee Chair. Am I missing something? Is this not how to get this report any longer? Any assistance would be very helpful. Thank you.
