Our advancement chair’s BSA ID is no longer linked to her SB profile. She is still showing on the pack roster in my.scouting. but I cannot re-add the BSA ID in SB to forge a link.

I found 2 Scoutbook accounts which I have merged. She has a gmail address and hotmail address on different systems. Which is the address she wishes to use?
Hotmail is her email.
