All assigned scouts missing from Scoutbook Plus but all showing on my.scouting Roster

I just logged into Scoutbook Plus (advancements.scouting.org) and all my assigned scouts are absent; I see a list of my dens with no members in any of them. They all correctly appear in the roster I can access on my.scouting.org.

With no scouts showing at all, we’re at a standstill for managing awards/advancements, etc. Please advise, thank you!

@EricWhitney- can you reset the roster filter and see if they show up

OK I’m embarrassed. That’s all it is. Hopefully my post and your response will help others who overlooked this. Thank you for such a quick response.
