I’ve been on Scoutbook Plus multiple times this week and it was working fine. Yesterday afternoon, it stopped showing all the scouts in our Pack. We can see them on Scoutbook, but I need to move some of the scouts into different dens, and SB plus just doesn’t have them there now.
@TraciHowell try 2 things
Try to make a new Den (or edit an old one) and see if they are on the list
Try an Incognito window.
Click on the filter icon in the upper right of your SB+ roster and make sure you are not filtering out some Scouts. There are options for different renewal statuses that could be excluding some scouts.
made sure. I am do not have any filters that would cause the problem.
Post the Scouting America Member IDs (no names) of the missing Scouts and we can investigate.
I did try to edit a den, and one of the names I was looking for was an option to add to the den. However, when I refreshed the page after addding him, he still did not show up on the Roster.
It sort of works in Incognito Mode. I can’t see 1 scout. When I go to edit the den, it says he is in the den, but on the regular roster, he is not there.

This one seems to be the only one I don’t see. I do have to use incognito mode to see all the rest. If I don’t use incognito mode, there are several others that are missing.
Try a hard refresh (SHIFT+REFRESH) to see if that brings the others back.
As for 141666139, it appears his registration is messed up. Contact your Council for assistance.

141664211 and 141664211 appear to have good memberships. I have requested syncs for these. Check back after 4:00 PM central. If you still do not see them, check again tomorrow since sometimes the sync does not happen until overnight.
Ok, thank you. However, I still wont be able to get it to show me everyone unless I’m in Incognita mode. That seems weird to me that this is how I’ll have to do it from now on?
@TraciHowell - that means you have some add-in on your browser or a configuration that is disrupting the cache for scoutbook plus.
Additionally, you could try another browser like firefox or sea monkey and see if that works without issue which will narrow the issue down to the browser you are using.
The ones I said talk to council about will not appear until their registrations are fixed. The two I said I synced should appear by tomorrow morning.
