Allow Webelos 2 Scout on Den events

Now that we have fully retired the Scoutbook calendar, can we revisit bug: Webelos 2 Scout event type

Webelos 2 Scout events should be able to be Den events (Visiting Troops, Doing Webelos Woods type events etc)

as answered in your other thread - Allow Webelos 2 Scout on Den events - Event type is trivial and only for Admins

The old calendar is not fully retired yet. It is still being used to send scheduled reminders.
