Volunteer cannot add event in the calendar in Scout book plus

I have a volunteer, Kyle Greer, Webelos Den Leader for Pack 5o3 who gets the following error when he tries to add a event to the Calendar in Scout book for his unit. Attached is a copy of his email to me with a screen shot of what he sees when he tries to add a event.

He has tried using his phone, computer, different browsers, clearing cache/history/cookies with no success. Please advise him and me. Thank you

@MichelleBaumann - you have provided too much personal information with the PDF file.

Is the WL trying to add to the den calendar or the pack calendar? DL in general don’t have access to the pack calendar, I thought, just their assigned den.

My apolgies I had errors trying to send you his error message so it was easier to send the complete email.

He was trying to add events for his den.

@MichelleBaumann - you can edit your post to remove the file. The clear cache has been noted by others already mostly on mobile devices. Additionally it is easier to work with the user in question rather than third party information.

This is a known bug that is being investigated
