The Animal Science Merit Badge has a bug. When Requirement 6 is marked complete and approved (there are Options A through F, and Scout must complete ONE of the options), the % status on the right corner never changes from “Not Started”. It should say “Complete” or “Approved.”
I tried checking off all Options A-F that did not update the status either. The impact is that the MB is stuck at 89% Progress even when all the requirements are 100% approved.
@ShirleyHou that is a huge MB - what is the Scouts Member number? And what version of the MB are they using?
I think they are not using the 2025 version of the MB
Scout Member ID 140506605. Animal Science Version 2025.
It shows 2025 version. I approved the MB for 6/18/2026, but even so Requirement #6 still shows Not Started.
The MB is complete - issue solved. I tried the Diary option and it completed 6 for me. ??? Looking at the code it is written right. I wonder if you hit an odd cache issue or something?
Maybe so! I did hit refresh a few times and that did not fix it for me. Anyway, thank you for looking into it! This MB is a big one.
