When I go in to the Star requirements screen for a scout, it says he has 3 out of 4 Eagle required merit badges. However, when I click to view the list of his complete merit badges, he has 4 Eagle merit badges completed. It will not allow me to mark his Star rank as completed due to “Youth does not have the necessary merit badges for this rank.” However, he does. How do we fix this?

@JenniferO_Leary and are the MBs Completed or Approved. It is Approved that matter.

Cooking is not Approved
Mine is showing that it is completed.
@JenniferO_Leary Completed just means the Item is finished by the Scout. Approved means the Scoutmater as said the work is good, approved makes it official.
Figured out how to get into the merit badge. Took a bit. Not sure how it didn’t get marked approved, but I did and now it let me mark things completed.
