Hi Member ID 133999723 has an account, according to VST, in Scoutbook. No clue on user name or password. Scout wants to be able to log in.

I do not see a UL account for this MID. The Scout can go to my.scouting.org and create a new account. He will be asked if the existing MID belongs to him. He should say yes so that the new UL ID is connected to his MID and does not generate a new one. Once he has the UL ID, he can log in to Scoutbook using it.
