Youth forgot username and password

Parent claims Scout was once able to log into Scoutbook. Says Scout was once able to log into Scoutbook. Can you help me figure this one out and get the Scout connected/reconnected to his account.

yeah, I thought so, but needed a 2nd opinion. Mom will get the link to Knowledge base on setting up son’s account.
