Scout having problems logging in

From the father: “we don’t know his username or password so he is unable to log into his account. I have tried to reset it by clicking the forgot username/password link. Each time I put in his email address and DOB, it gives me the message that he does not have an account.”

Scout’s MID 134367081 / UID 5520809

I was able to replicate the error using his MID and DOB.

I am not sure if this scout has ever been invited to SB [or they were invited but never completed the process]. They can go to my.scouting.org and CREATE an account - using personal data to match up to the correct MID
