Council merged MIDs, now parent can't log in


Can you help with this?

I have a parent (previously a den leader in a different pack) with two MIDs.

I contacted our council about this and they merged #134461595 into #12263734.

Now the parent can’t log in to Scoutbook or My.Scouting. Lost password / user name is not working for him. Neither is the Betty bot. This is preventing him from transferring his scout to our pack via online tools.

Those BSA member numbers belong to different people (different names, different DOBs, different states, etc.).

Sorry, I mistyped the first number. It is 134461575.

This should be fixed now. Please ask him to log in to my.scouting and Scoutbook with his my.scouting username and password.
