Another User is using my email address and that I've Never Logged In

This is likely because I have been registered in multiple packs, in multiple councils, but I’m getting the following message each time I log into Scoutbook:

"Warning, another user is using the same e-mail address. If this is unexpected, contact your local council or post to the Using Scoutbook Forum.

Looking at the Pack Roster in Scoutbook shows that I’ve never signed in (even though I’m signed in).

@DustinHedges I have merged your Scoutbook accounts.

I would recommend contacting your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your child (or children). In the “Relationships” section, you should only be listed as parent under BSA member ID number 13718197. They should remove you if listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, your BSA numbers might get switched at Recharter, and a new Scoutbook account might get created.
