Another User needing to merge accounts / Another user with same email warning

To the Admins, Thanks in advance for your help, I have tried to have this addressed multiple times in the past by staff at two different councils, but it keeps popping up every 18mo or so. I can only see one account, but am told there are multiple, and i get the “another account is using the same email address” warning.

Hi, can I get some help to Merge my old numbers and make the new numbers my Primary?
OLD:
SB = 12805152
BSA = 14726160

NEW:
SB = 12984613
BSA = 14888602

@MarcelTrombley log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials
