Merge Duplicate IDs?

Hello! My wife has two IDs in Scoutbook (14141150 / 14023862). Can these be merged?

Could these other adults in our pack have duplicates merged?

136456585 / 14396567
14429216 / 14337430
135799802 / 13755704
14396501 / 14396503
14396525 / 14396528
14389157 / 14389161

@TobyLichtle BSA #s cannot be merged anymore - they can be managed by the user - users can log into my.scouting.org > click Menu top left > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY > Then go to Scoutbook.com and log in using your my.scouting.org credentials

I will look at them and merge Scoutbook Accounts if needed.

@TobyLichtle those are merged in SB

Thank you! Can you also help me connect a parent with a second child? They are already connected to child #1, but when I search their name, I do not see their ID in the search results and nothing comes up when searching their email. Any tips?

Connection search is broken - try going to Unit Roster > Connection Manager - you should be able to make connection there - then go to connection and make parent

Thank you so much, Donovan!

I tried to do what you said to merge duplicate IDs and I keep getting “The provided members ID does not match the existing user profile”

@AngelaTyndell Your Scoutbook accounts have been merged.

Please log in with your my.scouting user name – not your e-mail address.

I also need my two accounts merged
