Another user using same email- Parent can't connect to scout

I have a parent who cannot connect to their scout and RSVP for events. When they go to their dashboard it has a warning stating another user is using the same email address. Their member ID is 14907863. Their scouts Id number is 136625786. They receive emails that are sent out through Scoutbook.

@RebeccaGolueke This should be fixed.

This user should log in with the “Sign in with Google” button, Google name, and Google password.
