Approved Advancements but Never appeared on a Purchase Order

I have two scouts (sisters) that mentioned they were missing awarded items…when I investigated, the advancements appear in SB Plus as “awarded” but do not have an associated PO, nor did they ever show up on a Purchase Order to be obtained. Just wondering if this is an error on my part or a SBPlus issue and how to correct. Thanks.

@EmilyMcMurtrey1 - on the merit badge page for the scout you can hover over the awarded text and it will present who marked it awarded

If you hover over the AWARDED (as in image) who does it say awarded them? Have you asked them?

@EmilyMcMurtrey1 you can also uncheck the Awarded and if they have never been on a PO you can add them to a PO
