Approving a rank requirement only results in a green "completed" showing up for multiple scouts

For three scouts now in my ship (I am the Skipper and advancement chair), when I approve a rank requirement, either the individual requirement or the higher level group is only showing up with the green “completed” blot, not the approved blot. My three cases are:
A. Member ID 13411053. See Apprentice Swimming area.

B. Member ID 130449068. See Able Safety, Boat Handling, and Navigation areas.

C. Member ID 140619460. See Apprentice Ideals, Leadership, Swimming, and Safety areas.

How do I fix this?

like 4a/b - those are approved - but does not look like 4 rolled to complete

Correct, you’re seeing the problem…

I tried select all and approving that, but no joy.

Can you go through and get the numbers for me so I do not have to try to guess on them please

I think what it is is that #4 is just supposed to be a title

It’s not just the group titles, but anything that has “do this or that…”

I have this turned in to be looked at. This does not effect scouts as all requirements are working - just not rolling up
