We are getting the proper paperwork filled out but our DE thinks you can upload those completed forms (plus hand in the paperwork with charter renewal report) and make the change through internet recharter. Is that accurate?

That is a question for council - you used to have to start a new charter for a new CO
Is there even a way or place to make a CO change in Internet Recharter? You can’t change the EO in Internet Recharter? I am a commissioner. I have access to a unit’s recharter but I can’t see where any CO changes could be made. Is it past the validate recharter and pay section?

No. It is my understanding that a new form has to be filled out. No end under method.
